My kids really love CosmicKid yoga, and the lady that does it is amazing! she tells Disney stories while doing moves that coordinate to the movie. I have a cute video of both the girls taking turns teaching their own yoga. It's so cute hearing what they come up, and them saying Namaste :)

| and this is a cute book about 2 sisters. One of the sisters names in Sylvie, and the whole book describes my girls perfectly! It really is so cute. |
