We decided to head to Idaho with my SIL and her kids so that we could have a whole week to play before Easter. It was the longest I have been away from Dan (3days) and he sure missed us! :) he said the first night was kinda fun but then it just got lonely. He actually ended up getting off work early and surprised me Friday afternoon.
While in Idaho I decided to have my ring dipped in rose gold. It's kind of hard to see in the picture, but I LOVE IT!
Just a screen shot of a cute flower stori drew for me
This picture had to be documented!! Sylvie has never voluntarily hugged Megan before...nor acknowledged her existence really haha. So when she reached for Meg and hugged her, everyone had to take a picture. :)
Playing at the church park for hours. The kids (mostly) loved being swung from the toy so fast that they went flying off. It became a game to see who could stay on the longest---resulting in some pretty funny memories.
Stori licking off the coating to each candy and then giving the rest of them to Sylvie to finish. GROSS!
all the grandkids that could make it this year. More than last year, but way less than the actual amount of them. :)
Playing games was the theme for the week.
Preparing the eggs for the hunt. Each kid or family has their own color with their name written on it, and they each get 10 eggs to find.
The kids put on a performance for everyone on Sunday afternoon. It's like a Christensen grandkid tradition to dress up and put on a dance performance.
I love this family of mine so much, and so glad that so many of us were able to be home in Lewisville together.
